The agreement

Prices are shown in USD and include the product price. Any import duties, taxes, or courier fees charged in your country are your responsibility unless we say otherwise at checkout.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If that happens, we will notify you and refund any amount already paid.
To change or cancel an order, email us quickly. If it has already shipped, use our Return Policy after delivery.
Returns

Items should match the description on the product page in all material respects. If something arrives defective, tell us in writing within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.

Complaints
Email support@rosalind-belle.com within a reasonable time after you notice a problem. We aim to reply within 14 days.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Lucerne Flow LLC is organized, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
